Charlene Goff

An experienced foodservice marketing professional. She focuses on helping companies reposition themselves, promote their brands and execute marketing programs.

Charlene also leads a team of creative professionals and marketers at Edgewater Marketing, a marketing communications firm whose clients include food and equipment manufacturers, distributors, consultants and contract management firms. She is the co-founder of the Consultants’ Summit, an exclusive conference for equipment manufacturers and foodservice consultants and has co-produced two Innovation Showcases with the innovation gurus from Ideas Well Done. This forum introduces pre-commercialized equipment and technology applications to multi-unit operations.

Actively involved in the industry, Charlene served on the SFM Board of Directors 2009-2012, as well as Chair of the Industry Advisory Board. She now is involved in SFM’s Marketing Committee, a member of their Industry Advisory Board participates in WFF’s Product Marketing Committee and is a member of the Partridge Club International, a New York-based philanthropic organization made up of key members of the foodservice community. She has been recognized by SFM’s Robert Pacifico “Above and Beyond” Award, as well as the President’s Award. She has been a speaker on environmental communications and sustainable marketing topics at various industry association national conferences.
